Return & Refund Policy – DivineStrokes

At DivineStrokes, all our products are made-to-order and printed on demand. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

  • An unboxing video of the package
  • Clear photos of the defective product
  • Photos of the original packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for a free replacement, and reprinting charges will apply. Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to verify the issue and process a replacement or refund.

Note: If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery from the courier, please note the damage in the delivery remark before signing.


Size & Colour Discrepancies

  • Size issues: If you believe there is a size discrepancy, please provide photos of the product along with measurements. We will verify with our production team.
  • Colour matching: Our products are printed using CMYK ink (process printing), which may result in slight colour differences from what you see on screen. This is inherent to the printing process and is not considered a defect. We recommend ordering test swatches if colour accuracy is critical.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Since all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered or change of mind. If you'd like a replacement in a different size, a new order will need to be placed at your expense.


Undelivered Orders (RTO)

If your order is undelivered or returned to origin (RTO) due to reasons such as an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refused delivery, or unserviceable pincode, the order will be held in our fulfilment warehouse for 100 days from the date it is marked as returned. During this period, we can re-ship the order to a corrected address upon request.

Please note:

  • Re-shipping charges will apply
  • If the pincode becomes unserviceable after the order is placed, we are unable to process a refund for the RTO
  • Orders not re-shipped within 100 days will be removed from the system

Lost in Transit

If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will issue a full refund or replacement once the shipping status is officially marked as lost.


International Orders

For international shipments, please note that duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable. These are the responsibility of the customer.
