Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.
Shipping Times As a print-on-demand store, your order is made especially for you. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- India: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
Shipping Partners We fulfil orders through our print-on-demand partners (Qikink and/or Printify). Orders may be shipped via multiple carriers depending on your location.
Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
International Orders International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [hwforlife@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
